Templeton has written songs that have been recorded on multi-million selling cds by country superstars Reba McEntire, Jo Dee Messina, Little Texas, Sherrie' Austin and more.
Her song “Settle Down Cinderella” is featured in the 20^th Century Fox movie, Dr Doolittle III.
She’s sung hundreds of demos for other Nashville hit writers.
She had a top 10 single on the Texas Music Chart.
She’s performed all over the US, in Europe and in Japan.
Her husband and musical partner Sam Gay has had songs recorded by platinum selling artists Montgomery Gentry, Bryan White, Little Texas, Ricky Van Shelton, Jonny Rodriguez and bunches of others. Sam also co-wrote “Take the Wheel,” a top 10 single in Canada, with artist Derek Ruttan.

Templeton was asked to write a song for "Sculpting the Wind: Alexa King & the Making of the Barbaro Memorial Statue" a now Emmy winning documentary by Allison Pareis.
The song "i love to run (a song for Barbaro)" is now available at CD Baby & on itunes & is also available on the new i remember you cd re~release=) a music video for "i love to run" will be coming soon as well...here's to dreamin' big, workin' hard, havin' faith, doin' what you love, havin' fun & lovin' to run!!!=)
